各学院：

为了加强国际生实验室安全意识，提高安全防范能力，学校特开发了《英文版实验室安全学习和考试系统》，该系统已开发调试完成，现决定在2016级和2017级国际生中开展实验室安全知识考试工作，具体事项通知如下：

一、实验室安全教育

各学院结合《英文版实验室安全手册》、《英文版实验室安全学习和考试系统》做好国际生的实验室安全教育工作。

二、实验室安全知识考试

1.考试对象

全校所有2016级、2017级国际生（含本科生和研究生）。

2.考试组织

国资与实验室管理处负责实验室安全考试系统的平台建设、试卷和考试成绩管理等工作；各相关学院通知并组织学生在规定的时间内完成学习、考试和实验室安全承诺书打印、签字及上交学院存档。

3.考试时间

2017年11月27日-12月18日。

4.考试方式

自由上机考试或统一上机考试，考试须在指定时间内完成。在校园网WIFI环境下都可以使用《英文版实验室安全学习和考试系统》，同时国际教育学院也为有需要的同学提供了机房开放服务，具体时间和地点见附表1；

5.考试须知

（1）考生可以输入网址：http://192.168.9.30:8080登录；也可以通过国资与实验室管理处网页（gyzc.wzu.edu.cn）点击“Laboratory Safety

Examination System”登录，用户名：学号，密码：123456，请及时修改密码。

（2）考生考前可充分在线练习和模拟测试，开考前须做出考试诚信承诺，考试通过后做出安全承诺，打印《安全承诺书》并签名交所在学院存档。

（3）考试时间为45分钟，试题库为实验室安全通识类知识，考试题目为100道，满分100分，高于90分（含）为合格通过；未达到90分者，可即时再考一次。

（4）《英文版系统使用手册》见附件1。

6.考试结果

（1）实验室技术安全考试合格的学生方可获得实验室准入资格。

（2）考试未通过的学生，须参加补考，补考时间另行通知。

请各学院认真做好实验室安全教育和考试组织工作，考试结束后一周内收齐考生的“实验室安全承诺书”，该承诺书作为学院开展实验室安全管理、学生实验室安全教育的重要档案资料，实验室管理科将进行不定期抽查。

Notice on Carrying out Laboratory Safety Knowledge

Examination for Grade 2016 and Grade 2017 International Students

In order to strengthen the laboratory safety awareness of international students and enhance their security precaution ability, the school developed the “Laboratory safety learning and examination system in English version". The system has been developed and debugged, and school now decided to carry out the laboratory safety knowledge examination in the international students of grade 2016 and 2017. The specific matters are notified as follows:

1.Laboratory Safety Education

All colleges combined the "laboratory safety manual in English version" and "laboratory safety learning and examination system in English version" to do a good job in laboratory safety education for international students.

2.Laboratory Safety Knowledge Examination

2.1 Examination Object

All 2016 and 2017 international students (including undergraduate and graduate students).

2.2 Examination Organization

State-owned assets and laboratory management department is responsible for the construction of laboratory safety examination system platform, the management of examination paper and examination results; The relevant colleges inform and organize students to lete the leaning, examination and laboratory safety commitment letter printing, signing and handing in college to keep in a file.

2.3 Examination time

November 27^th., 2017- December 18^th., 2017

2.4 Examination Mode

Free uter examination or unified uter examination, but examination must be leted within a specified time. In the campus network WIFI environment, students can use "the laboratory safety learning and examination system in English version", at the same time, the International Education College also can provide the open service of uter room for students in need. The specific time and place see table 1;

2.5 Examination notes

(1) Students enter the URL:http://192.168.9.30:8080to login; or enter through the State-owned Assets and Laboratory Management Office (gyzc.wzu.edu.cn) web page and click on the "Laboratory Safety Examination System" to login. Username: Student ID, password: 123456, please change your password in time.

(2) Students can do fully online exercises and simulated test, and make an integrity commitment before examination, and then make the safety commitment after examination, print it and signed to hand in college to keep in a file.

(3) The examination last 45 minutes, containing 100 questions which is about the knowledge of laboratory safety and the maximum score on this examination is 100. The one got the mark higher than 90 (including) is qualified, if not he can test it again immediately.

(4) The system manual in English version, see attachment 1.

2.6 Examination results

(1) The qualified students in laboratory technical safety examination can get the qualification of laboratory admittance.

(2) The students who have not passed the exam should attend the make-up examination, and the make-up time will be notified later.

All colleges should do well in laboratory safety education and examination organization work and collected students “Laboratory safety commitment” within a week. The commitment is as an important archive for college carrying laboratory safety management and education, so laboratory management department will conduct occasional spot checks.
